Bronze Package
Client’s choice of dinner menu, food only. Client is responsible to provide all other service items. Coffee is not included with drop-off orders.

Delivery only option: A delivery charge would apply on all drop offs.

Paid service staff: Thrive Catering will be responsible for providing and the setup of the buffet equipment (chafing dishes, platters & serving utensils), clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area.
Pickup fees apply. Or client can choose to return any rentals or equipment left behind for their use on the following business day. All rentals should be rinsed prior to returning.
Silver Service Package
Includes client’s choice of dinner menu, rentals as listed below, buffet service equipment and service staff.

Thrive Catering will coordinate delivery of rentals with rental company and client. Client will coordinate a contact on site to receive rentals, and for pickup of rentals. Delivery and pickup fees apply. Client or venue associate is responsible for setup of head table and guest tables. Thrive Catering will supply and setup any service equipment necessary for the buffet, and will be responsible for clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area. Client is responsible for returning any rentals or equipment left behind for their use on the following business day. All rentals should be rinsed prior to returning.
Gold Service Package
Includes client’s choice of dinner menu, rentals as listed below, service equipment, service staff and meal service related setup.

Place Setting Setup (not including tables & chairs)
Client is responsible for placement of any centerpieces or wedding favours. Thrive Catering will coordinate delivery of rentals with rental company and client. Client will coordinate a contact on site to receive rentals, and for pickup of rentals. Delivery and pickup fees apply. Client or venue associate is responsible for setup of head table and guest tables. Thrive Catering will setup place settings and buffet service equipment, supply any service equipment necessary for the buffet, and is responsible for clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area. Client is responsible for returning any rentals or equipment left behind for their use on the following business day. All rentals should be rinsed prior to returning. Linens and glassware still in use will remain on tables for the client to pack away for rental return at the end of the evening after catering staff has departed the venue.
